*Initial consultation: Conduct a walk through of your home, taking notes on the details and selling points of your home. Assess your wants, needs, and goals, so we are able to customize our services to your needs, and exceed your expectations.
 
*Gathering of data/comparable sale information: After viewing your home, we are able to do market research into comparable listings and sales in your area.
 
*Research of market dynamics in your area: Based on the information provided by the comparable sales, and the market dynamics of your area, we are able to give you a realistic market value and expectation of market time.
 
*Unique marketing plan: Create a customized marketing plan tailored to your specific needs.
 
*Provide ideas and techniques to prepare your home for the market: Because much of our business is listings, we are able to anticipate objections from prospective buyers, and pro-actively resolve them before hand.

*Broker’s open: Host a broker’s open to promote your home to other agents in the area, and the agents that we have connections with. 
 
*Open houses: Host public open houses periodically to ensure complete, holistic marketing.
 
*Showing feedback: Automated digital showing feedback directly from buyer’s agents.
 
*Constant communication: Contact you on a minimum weekly basis to keep you abreast of all happenings, feedback, market changes, etc.
